the service from the housekeeping crew, dolly and jahedul, was amazing. they offered complimentary items without hesitation. i also appreciated the cozy rooms, they felt romantic. the pool service was great with clean changing rooms and restrooms. complimentary towels were comfortable too.
i requested more towels and water several times, but i did not get them. our room was booked for three people, yet we received only one small bottle of water and two small towels. the dinner was average, it looked beautiful. but it lacked flavor. i was also shocked that hotel guests have to pay for a cabana.

helpful staff delicious breakfast
the staff was helpful. i really enjoyed the diverse and delicious breakfast options available each morning. the room was super clean, offering a quiet setting throughout my stay.
i noticed the gym equipment could use some maintenance. several machines were out of order . i hope the hotel addresses this soon to improve the guest experience.

the room featured a king-sized bed and provided ample space. i found the bathroom included both a separate shower and bathtub. high-quality toiletries were provided daily for guest convenience.

the concierge service was very attentive and efficient. the front desk staff was also very helpful with my questions.

the outdoor pool area features many sun loungers and umbrellas. i also liked the gym with its modern cardio equipment and free weights. the hotel had plentiful underground parking spaces available.

i stayed in a beautiful king room. the room included two separate sinks. it also had a rainfall shower. a well-stocked minibar was also available.

cleanliness king suite friendly staff
Our beautiful king room was very clean. The hotel staff offered friendly service. Room service operated 24 hours and , made things easy with children. The sea view from our suite was amazing.
The hotel pool was a bit shallow. It was more suited to children than adults.

The pool area included beach chairs under shaded screens in the water. The gym included a sauna for evening relaxation. There was also a fruit bar with chilled drinks near the pool.

The room was bright and modern. It had a large sun terrace equipped with two loungers and two chairs with a table. The bathroom featured well-appointed fixtures and modern design.

The valet parking was very convenient. i found a beautiful swimming poolwith a great sight. omar was very helpful during checkout, assisting with the valet parking car. I did not experience any issues. the location near the marina allowed for pleasant walks.
the all-inclusive drinks menu was limited.

The hotel included themed dinners with mediterranean, italian, and indian cuisines. i chose from a wide range of food choices at the buffet. staff were quick to respond and attentive to any need. I did not wait long for assistance.

the hotel staff were friendly and professional and always provided quick service. boubacar, zak and paolo offered great hospitality. the receptionists samer and dally were always helpful! i did not face any issues with their services.
