the service from the housekeeping crew, dolly and jahedul, was amazing. they offered complimentary items without hesitation. i also appreciated the cozy rooms, they felt romantic. the pool service was great with clean changing rooms and restrooms. complimentary towels were comfortable too.

i requested more towels and water several times, but i did not get them. our room was booked for three people, yet we received only one small bottle of water and two small towels. the dinner was average, it looked beautiful. but it lacked flavor. i was also shocked that hotel guests have to pay for a cabana.

the staff was helpful. i really enjoyed the diverse and delicious breakfast options available each morning. the room was super clean, offering a super calm place throughout my stay.

i noticed the gym equipment could use some maintenance. several machines were out of order . i hope the hotel addresses this soon to improve the guest experience.

Our beautiful king room was very clean. The hotel staff offered friendly service. Room service operated 24 hours and , made things easy with children. The sea view from our suite was amazing.

The hotel pool was a bit shallow. It was more suited to children than adults.

The valet parking was very convenient. i found a beautiful swimming poolwith a great sight. omar was very helpful during checkout, assisting with the valet parking car. I did not experience any issues. the location near the marina allowed for pleasant walks.
